Is the artist a homage to Yuri Norstein "The manteau"?

Hi, Patrick!...No, not really..I drew first the picture of the man with the brush (Rembrandt?) and days later I added the broken fiure next for no reason at all...It was done at the time of the bombing of Gaza...I don't know, an unconscious political comment?...I have no idea.
